Structural Safety Standards

Given the critical nature of seismic risk in Bangladesh, Nexform prioritizes structural safety as a non-negotiable standard. We mandate full compliance with BNBC 2020 engineering regulations, including certified structural designs and seismic load verifications, to ensure every listed development is future-ready and secure.

Seismic Design Compliance

All multi-storied structures must include seismic load calculations verified by licensed structural engineers to ensure earthquake resistance and long-term safety performance.

Soil Investigation

Projects above three floors require detailed soil testing and geotechnical analysis to determine the appropriate foundation system before construction begins.

Structural Certification

All structural drawings must be prepared and signed by registered structural engineers approved by the Institute of Engineers, Bangladesh (IEB).

Material Standards:

  • Minimum M20 concrete grade for residential structures
  • M25 concrete is required for high-rise developments
  • Grade 60 TMT reinforcement bars are required
  • Certified laboratory testing for structural materials
